Our MISSION
The City of Moreno Valley and Moreno Valley College are making it easier for Moreno Valley residents to earn a living AND receive an education.

The MoVaLEARNS program was designed to alleviate the Earn vs. Learn dilemma that so many of our residents face. Our hope is that Moreno Valley residents will no longer have to make that difficult choice between work and education. They can have both. And our businesses will have access to a better-educated workforce.
